Speed and 'instant'

What does an instant business loan actually mean?

The first answer can be instant: in about 60 seconds you can tell us what you need and find out which pathway suits. Funding follows verification of ID, bank data and any property security. With a complete file, $20k to $250k is possible same day against property, up to $5m within 24–48 hours, and smaller unsecured amounts same day.

Can I really get funded the same day?

It's possible, not guaranteed. Same-day funding depends on starting early in a business day, having every document and signer ready, and — for property-secured loans — clean title and any payout figures in hand. Same-day funding is also possible for smaller unsecured amounts.

What usually slows a fast loan down?

Missing or unlinkable bank statements, a signer who isn't available, an expired ID, an existing lender's payout figure, or a title that shows an unexpected owner. Most delays are on the paperwork side, and most can be prepared for.

Do you work outside business hours?

You can enquire at any time. Specialists call during business hours, and verification, settlement and registration steps run in business hours too.

Eligibility

How much can I borrow?

Property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000. Unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses typically run from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.

Do I need property?

No. Unsecured options suit many trading businesses. Property security opens larger amounts and the fastest possible timing, and can help newer businesses or those with credit history issues.

How long do I need to have been trading?

For unsecured finance, more history means more options. Very new businesses usually find property-secured finance the more realistic route, because the property and repayment plan carry more of the weight.

Can I get a loan with bad credit or ATO debt?

Often, yes. Past credit issues and ATO debt are considered case by case. Being upfront on the form helps us choose a pathway that won't stall at verification.

What can the money be used for?

Any genuine business purpose: working capital, wages and super, stock, equipment, tax bills, refinancing or a time-limited opportunity. We don't provide finance for personal or household purposes.

The process

Does enquiring affect my credit score?

No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A credit check is only discussed once you've seen the options and chosen to go ahead.

Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?

No. Your enquiry goes to one lending specialist who works on your situation. No spray-and-pray, and no flood of calls from lenders you've never heard of.

Who will contact me?

A real lending specialist who has read your enquiry. They'll call you to confirm the details and explain the pathway that fits.

Why do you ask me to be accurate on the form?

Because every figure is later checked against bank data and records. Accurate answers mean the first pathway we suggest is the right one, which is the fastest route to funding.

What documents will I need?

Only what your pathway needs — commonly ID for each signer, a secure bank-statement link, and property details for a secured loan. The Speed Readiness Check lists the usual items.

Is it safe to link my bank statements?

Linking through a legitimate secure service sent by the lender is generally safer than emailing PDFs. Never give your banking password to a person by phone, email or text.

Costs

What interest rate will I pay?

We don't publish rates, because every loan is priced on the business's own circumstances — the security, amount, term and risk. You'll see the full cost, including every fee, before you sign.

Is a fast loan more expensive?

Sometimes speed costs more, sometimes it doesn't. Compare the total dollar cost of the finance with what waiting would cost the business. Our speed-versus-cost page explains how.

Can I repay early?

Often, but terms vary between loans. Ask about early repayment before you sign so you can factor it into your decision.

Still wondering?
